Your encounter begins with transportation from your Punta Cana resort to the Dolphin Discovery, a renowned aquatic center where your sweet dolphin friends are waiting for you. Meet the friendly trainers who will lead your encounter, starting everything with a 15-minute briefing to introduce you to the friendly sea mammals.
Get a dolphin kiss and a hug
Once you’re up to speed, go in the water and swim with the incredible dolphins of Punta Cana. For good manners, give them a nice handshake. As you build the trust, proceed to get a dolphin hug and then get a nice kiss from your smiling companion to solidify your newfound friendship! When you’re finished, wave goodbye to the dolphins and make your way back to your resort.
Practical Information
- Guests 1 to 7 years old must swim with a paid adult
- Guests 8 years and older can swim on their own
- Groups in Punta Cana have a maximum of 15 people for a more intimate experience
- The use of safety vests is required in all water programs
- Bring a towel and a change of clothes
- For guests staying in La Romana resorts, there is a transportation fee surcharge of $100 USD per 4-person vehicle, which comes to $25 USD per person when capacity is met, and this fee is paid directly to the driver
